Jennifer serves as the Program Supervisor and Volunteer Engagement Specialist with TLC Children’s Services, Inc. (CASA). In this role, she co-facilitates volunteer training, supports volunteer advocates, provides courtroom advocacy for abused and neglected children, and works diligently to build lasting relationships across the fifteen counties that make up the three circuits.
In 2023, Jennifer stepped into a greater leadership role which focuses on program oversight, marketing management, trainings and continuing education opportunities, while advising and supporting staff. Her years of fundraising experience, community engagement, and team empowerment are key services that allow her to foster connections and strengthen social impact. Her efforts ensure that CASA advocacy stays relevant, effective, and focused on the best interests of the children served, while consistently upholding the organization’s mission.
She is a current Department of Family & Children’s Services Board of Directors member, where she strives to equip advocates with a deeper understanding of the realities and challenges faced by children and youth in foster care. Jennifer is dedicated to strengthening efforts around family preservation and reunification by promoting the use of community resources and support systems within local communities. Jennifer looks forward to facilitating resiliency training and advocating for a mentally healthy Resilient Heart of Georgia.
